Honey’s passion for event planning started in the UK, where she spent her childhood assisting her father with everything from community gatherings to elegant and high-profile celebrations. Those early experiences sparked a lifelong dedication to creating events that leave a lasting impression.
With over 18 years of experience across England, New York, and now Colorado, Honey has earned a reputation for crafting stylish, seamless, and deeply personal celebrations. She brings a global perspective, cultural sensitivity, and respect for tradition to every wedding she designs.

British-born and named after the Earl Mountbatten of Burma, Earlie brings heart, heritage, and high-level expertise to every celebration. As Honey’s sister, her passion for bringing people together shines through in every event she plans.
With a diverse background spanning corporate galas, trade shows, intimate soirées, and large-scale weddings across the UK, America, and India, Earlie excels at crafting mood boards and weaving thoughtful details that bring each couple’s unique story to life.

Kourtney Bernhardt
A proud Colorado native, Kourtney has been with the Ivory Events team for four years, bringing catering and restaurant savvy to the party planning world. She’s a decor queen who loves adding personal touches that turn good events into unforgettable experiences.
What sets Kourtney apart is her go-getter attitude and the way she always goes above and beyond. She listens, anticipates every need, and tackles surprises with grace — so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy your day.

Dawn Everett
As an almost Colorado native, Dawn has worn several important hats in the wedding industry with nearly 15 years of experience. As a lead planner, she enjoys helping create lasting memories for couples. Dawn’s passion is making your vision come to life by ensuring your day runs smoothly, your decor is perfect, and you can let go of any worries.
In her free time she enjoys hiking, camping, live music, and Colorado’s craft beer breweries. Her ideal travel includes a bottle of wine and a hot tub in the mountains.
DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR
Jamie Rosa
Jamie graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder and has worked for local historic landmarks, non-profits, and small business entrepreneurs based in Boulder for over a decade. She enjoys data analytics and graphic design, and has been with Ivory Events for over 4 years.
In her free time she enjoys masters swimming, traveling, volunteering with health organizations, art, and exploring parks and trails.
